Web hosting account is limitted on how much data it can transfer in one month. Your account reached the limit of the hosting package you prepaid. You need to upgrade to a bigger hosting package or wait till the beginning of the next month.
Here is how you can upgrade and remove "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded":

After upgrade, drom your cPanel account you should be able to see how much data you transfered. It is good to check from time to time to prevent the bandwidth exceeded error.
