If You are having an active Linux VPS from instantcpanelhosting.com and need an additional IP address, please go to Client Area / My Services / View details / Addons. There is a link to add new addon or configurable option (IP).
Adding an IP likely needs to be done manually by admin. You may submit a support ticket once the order is paid.
